Child Information (with parent/guardian consent): Sometimes, to better serve your family, I may ask for your child’s first name, age, or grade level. I only ask for what’s needed and nothing more.
Non-Personal Data: Things like browser type, device, or site activity (via cookies/analytics) help me understand how families use the site so I can improve it.

This means I only collect limited information about children, and only with parent or guardian consent. Parents always have the right to review, update, or request deletion of their child’s information. I keep things simple — only collecting what’s necessary to serve your family (like a child’s first name or grade level if you choose to share it). Nothing more.

The website uses cookies (little data files stored in your browser) to remember preferences and see which parts of the site families find most useful. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings if you’d like. Just know that some features might not work as smoothly without them.

These terms explain how you may use my resources, classes, and services. I’ve done my best to keep things clear and simple so families know what to expect.
Using the Website & Services
You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian helping you) to make a purchase.
All Prep Life Learning products and materials are for personal, family, or classroom use only. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Please keep your login details safe and private.
Purchases & Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you’re outside the U.S., your bank or card provider may handle currency conversion.”
Payment is due at checkout.
Digital products are delivered electronically right away.
Hardcopy books (when available) will be sold through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, and Amazon’s purchase and return policies will apply.
Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Products: All sales are final.
Consultation Services: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. Once a session is completed, it cannot be refunded.
Hardcopy Books via Amazon: Amazon’s policies will apply directly — I don’t handle printing, shipping, or returns.
Please note: I truly want every family to have a positive experience. While I can’t offer refunds on digital items or completed consultations, I’m always happy to help if you run into file issues, duplicate purchases, or need to reschedule a session.
Intellectual Property
All Prep Life Learning resources are copyrighted. You are welcome to print and use them with your family or classroom, but they may not be copied, sold, or distributed beyond that without permission.
Classes & Community Guidelines
Respectful behavior is expected during online sessions or classes.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children during online activities.
Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from a class without refund.
No Guarantees
My resources and services are designed to support learning and inspire kids. However, I cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. Every child learns differently — my role is to encourage, support, and provide tools, because only you know best how to guide your child’s educational journey.
Limitation of Liability
Prep Life Learning is not responsible for indirect damages (for example, lost opportunities or technical issues). My liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
Ending Services
I may suspend or end access to services if these terms are violated.
Hopefully this never happens — but I include it, so that everyone understands the importance of respect and honesty in our interactions.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Changes to These Terms
As Prep Life Learning grows, I may update these terms. When I do, the new effective date will be posted at the top of this page.

Return & Refund Policy

At Prep Life Learning, I want you to feel confident about every purchase. Because most of my products are digital downloads and my consultations involve dedicated time, my refund policy looks a little different depending on what you buy. My goal is always to be clear, fair, and supportive while protecting the sustainability of this one-person business.
Digital Products (Printables, PDFs, eBooks)
All digital sales are final since files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.”
If you have trouble accessing a file, I’ll resend or replace it at no extra cost.
If you accidentally purchased the same item twice. Let me know, and I’ll make it right.
Consultation Services
Consultations are scheduled time set aside just for you and your family.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
Once a session is completed, it cannot be refunded.
I completely understand that family life can be unpredictable. That’s why I allow rescheduling with notice. I just ask for grace in return, since my time is limited, and I prepare for each session in advance.

Hardcopy Books(Future Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing Purchases)
In the future, some Prep Life Learning resources will be available in paperback through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing.
For those purchases, Amazon’s return and refund policy will apply directly.
Prep Life Learning is not responsible for shipping delays, printing errors, or returns processed by Amazon.
Since Amazon handles the printing and shipping, you’ll need to go through them for any order-related issues. But of course, if something feels off, I’ll always try my best to guide you in the right direction.
